CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

We can comprehend that there would be some unavoidable circumstances where you feel to cancel your orders placed. If you happen to be in such state then we request you to proceed your cancellation within 24 hours of the order placement or before the shipment is done. In case of the order being shipped then your replacement or refund will be approved only if it’s found to be damaged or not edible to use.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENT

The return policy lasts only for 7 days from the date of delivery later, which we will be unable to offer you the refund or replacement.

  • Your orders placed on our website are permitted for return only if the product is unused and unopened. Also, kindly mention the valid reason for the return in the email. So, that we would check what went wrong.
  • If the product you received happens to be in the damaged form, you must write to us within 48 hours of the delivery so that we can replace your request at the earliest. Kindly attach a picture of the delivered product for our internal quality check.
  • Suppose if you receive a different product from what you have ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can replace your request at the earliest. Make sure the items are unused and unopened before you return.
  • If any of the item that you are ordered are missing from the package, please write to us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make the remaining items shipped as early as possible.
  • We always make sure that you receive the freshest teas but if in case that tastes bad or not edible to use please feel free to write to us within 7 days of the order delivery and we will send a replacement for that. Kindly let us know about your likes and dislikes of the product and we will get it out right for you.  

REIMBURSEMENT

The refund will be processed only after the internal quality check of the product. To make the reimbursement request, it’s mandatory to provide the necessary proofs. Our team will get to you once the refund request has been approved.

  • In the case of your refund being approved, it shall be processed within 10 working days. In case if you don’t get back your refund within the given time, kindly write to us feedback@tigerorganics.com
  • All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 days.
  • Tiger organics is not accountable to process any refund if the request is made after 7 days of the delivery or if you fail to produce the requisite proofs.
